Operational and creative direction for customer-facing visual presentation and global marketing for the premier fine-art pop culture collectibles manufacturer and distributor.

  • Developed company-wide project management system unifying efforts of 3D product development, 2D graphics, photography, marketing, e-commerce, and overseas vendors, reducing workflow delays, miscommunication, and missed deadlines. Achieved 60% reduction in missed shipping dates.
